Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the PunktePass platform and all related services.

Service Description

PunktePass is a digital loyalty points platform that offers:

• Collection of loyalty points at participating vendors
• Redemption of points for rewards and discounts
• Mobile app for iOS and Android
• QR code based points system

Registration

Registration is required to use PunktePass. You must provide truthful information during registration. Registration is free for end users.

Points System

The points system is subject to the following rules:

• Points are collected through purchases at participating vendors
• Points can be redeemed for rewards set by the vendor
• Points may have an expiration date set by the vendor
• Points are not transferable to other users or vendors

Vendor Terms

Vendors can register with PunktePass to offer the loyalty program to their customers. Vendors determine how many points are awarded per purchase and which rewards are offered.

Vendor Subscription

The use of PunktePass for vendors is subscription-based:

• Monthly fee: €30.00 (net)
• Payment is made monthly in advance
• Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the month

Liability

PunktePass is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contractual relationship at any time with 14 days notice to the end of the month. In case of violations of these Terms, extraordinary termination may occur.

Changes to Terms

PunktePass reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. You will be informed of significant changes by email. Use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of PunktePass.
